What type of information is collected from you?

When you pay for an order, in addition to in digital format, we save a hard copy of your invoice which will include your name, address, telephone number, and details of your order including amount paid and method of payment. A hard copy of the method of payment used by you which may include payers name, address, email address(es), telephone number. any comments. A hard copy of any shipping documents which may include name, address, email address(es), telephone number.

What we don't collect? When you purchase a product from us, your card information is not recorded or held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card or bank transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.

If you have contacted us online after payment, and any comments or questions you may have made will be stored in a digital format only.

When you subscribe to our Newsletter, we collect your name, email address.
